Berlin plant eine gigantische dreitägige Feier mit Staatsgästen aus aller Welt. Heute wurde der Fest-Plan präsentiert. Unter anderem soll bei der Feier eine symbolische Mauer zum Einsturz gebracht werden.

Vor 20 Jahren fiel die Berliner Mauer - am 9. November 1989. Die Grenzbefestigungsanlage war schicksalshaft nicht nur für Millionen von Deutschen in Ost und West. Auch die Lebensläufe einiger Schweizer wurden von ihr geprägt. (Bild: Moderator Dieter Moor vor dem Stasi-Knast.)

Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupé: British Haute Couture

Im Rahmen der Pariser Modewoche wurde erstmals ein neues Einzelstück von Aston Martin präsentiert. Dabei ließen sich die Designer in Gaydon von der aktuellen Sommerkollektion des Modehauses Kilgour inspirieren!

Das Aston Martin V8 Vantage Coupé zeigt sich in einem schlichten aber doch besonderen weiß, mit der Bezeichnung "Morning Frost Satin". Wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, ist die Oberflächenstruktur des Lacks seidig matt gehalten. Bei der Gestaltung des Innenraums sind die Einflüsse der Kilgour Kollektion deutlich zu erkennen. Es überwiegt ein dunkelblauer Farbton mit Punkt-Effekten. Aston Martin und Kilgour blicken beide auf eine lange Tradition der innovativen und maßgeschneiderten Fertigung zurück. Zur Veranstaltung in Paris waren 250 VIP´s und zahlreiche Pressevertreter geladen.

Adobe Systems Incorporated has won a Technical and Engineering Emmy Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for its Flash Video technology, in recognition of the software`s pivotal role in bringing television content to the Internet. The award for Streaming Media Architecture & Components was announced by the National Academy of Television and will be formally delivered to Adobe at a ceremony held during the CES trade show, January 2007 in Las Vegas.
